RSCTC 2010 Venues

Conference Venue

Warsaw University Old Library BuildingThe RSCTC 2010 conference will take place at Central Campus of the  University of Warsaw. The campus is located in downtown Warsaw, close to the historical part of the City.

The lectures and technical sessions will take place in the Old Library building, one of historical buildings on campus, recently renovated and converted to a modern conference centre. The Old Library Building is located right behind the main  gate of the University.

The conference venue is fully accesible for disabled persons.

Welcome Reception Venue

The Welcome Reception on Monday, June 28, will take place in the Golden Hall of the Kazimierzowski Palace. The Kazimierzowski Palace is located right behind the Old Library Building (Conference venue). Erected in 1634, the Palace is the oldest of all University buldings. Nowadays it is the seat of Her Magnificency the Rector of the University of Warsaw and Rectorate. The Golden Hall is located on the first floor and accessible via stairs located to the right from main entrance (the ones covered with red carpet).

Banquet Venue

The Conference Banquet on Tuesday, June 29, will take place in the building of the Museum of John Paul II Collection, better known as Porczyński Foundation Gallery. The Gallery is located in downtown Warsaw, within short walking distance (ca. 20 min.) from conference veue.
